James Cook University partnered with JCU and P+I completed delivery of the $44m Clinical Practice Building at JCU Townsville. This 12,500 sqm building combines multi- disciplinary clinics, radiology including MRI and CT, Pathology, Dental, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Cafe and offices.

The CPB sets new benchmarks for efficiency and project delivery. The design reflects the leading edge position established by the University and the Hospital and establishes a precedent for dynamic, contemporary facilities and services.

P+I was retained as Transaction Manager, responsible for feasibility, project concept, funding structure, concept design, leasing, project and development management.

A project of this scale delivered under extremely tight timeframes, provides plenty of challenges. P+I set up a project delivery team that was with the project from pre-feasibility to completion.
