Rob Woolf - Dr Robert Woolf established Projects+Infrastructure after eight years as an executive Director at NM Rothschild and Sons (Australia). His hands-on, detail-driven approach has resulted in a uniquely successful hit rate of completed projects. He has also served as principal advisor on a large number of hospitals, prisons and road projects and defence acquisitions. Prior roles include serving as a director of both Hambros Australia and Infrastructure Development Corporation.
Phil Owen - Phil brings to P+i almost 20 years of hands on experience gained within Leighton Group companies. Phil holds a Master of Business Degree in Applied Finance, and has a range of treasury, project finance and structured finance experience as well as an intimate knowledge of major projects and infrastructure delivery. Phil is a detail driven execution professional whose skills and experience base cover the full scope of project delivery, from initial expression of interest through fundraising, documentation and implementation.
Grant Hirst (Associate) – Grant has had an extensive career in the retail property and legal sectors of Australia and New Zealand, having held senior executive roles with major corporations in the retail and shopping centre industry for over 25 years, as well as run an independent development group. Previous roles include Director, New Zealand for Westfield Holdings Limited and Chief General Manager, Property (Australia) at Woolworths Limited.
Joe Harber - Joe is principally responsible for financial modelling and deal execution at P+i. Joe holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) where he was awarded an industry scholarship. Joe is currently completing his professional accreditation to the Australian body of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA). He previously worked in the financial services division of Booz & Co.
Damon Smith - Damon has worked in all facets of the property industry, working at times for listed property trusts/owners/landlords, agents, advisory roles and national/international retailers. Some of these organisations include PriceWaterhouseCoopers, CB Richard Ellis, Bakers Delight, Stockland and, more recently, advising clients such as The Coffee Club, Westpac/St George, Theobroma Chocolate Lounges, Anytime Fitness and Gowing Bros Ltd.
He has used his diverse skills on numerous multi-million dollar projects, using the advantage of his dealings in property transactions from all sides of the deal equation over his 14 years in property. He also lectures for the Property Council of Australia in both Commercial and Industrial property disciplines and the Shopping Centre Council of Australia in Retail.
