Following an expression of interest issued by Townsville City Council, Projects+Infrastructure is the preferred proponent for the development of a new city square, adjacent to the existing council offices. The project is in the centre of the City of Townsville and has a total land area of around 10,000sqm.

The P+i project concept comprises mixed-use (residential and commercial) development, including new civic infrastructure and open space, together with retail and 250 covered car spaces.

P+i will manage/procure all activities as developer, advisor, packager and arranger, and development manager.
