About

P+I was established in August 2005 to continue the collaborative partnering project model developed by its Managing Director, Rob Woolf. Since then, P+I has undertaken a wide portfolio of projects, working as advisor, development manager, deal principal.

A small team with big credentials, we enjoy the stimulation of an innovative, solutions-driven working ethos. Our independence allows us to commit fully to the collaborative approach we bring to every project.

At P+I, we believe that financial return is not the only objective. It is but one way of measuring the effectiveness of our efforts – to conduct ourselves with integrity and professionalism can be far more rewarding.
