Projects & Infrastructure (P+I) brings together the energy and talent of a multidisciplinary team for the development, financing and delivery of projects. P+I assists clients as adviser or packager/arranger of funding, and acts as a sponsor or development principal in its own right.

P+I was established in August 2005 to continue the project delivery model developed through collaborative partnering with government agencies. Since then P+I has developed a portfolio of projects working as advisor and as deal principal. P+I is currently engaged in a number of major projects ranging from social infrastructure to petrochemicals, along Australia’s eastern seaboard.
